2 Real Time Group is a multi-disciplinary dynamic and innovative Real-Time O.S. and Embedded Software Solutions Center, established in Providing Bare-Metal and Embedded Linux solutions, professional services and consulting, end-to-end flexible system infrastructure, outsourcing, integration and training services for Hardware, Software and RT-OS \ Embedded Systems. The company is divided into the following three Divisions: Real Time Group College Development Out-sourcing rt-ed.co.il rt-dev.com rt-hr.co.il Training Division: Professional Training Services for Hardware, Software, RT-OS and Embedded systems industries. We provide the knowledge and experience needed to enable professional engineers to Develop, Integrate and QA Hardware, Software and Networking Projects. In order to insure experience, all courses are practical hands-on-training. The latest Development, QA and Automation equipment which are adopted by the industry are used. All students are supplied with Development-Boards for home-work and course projects. 2
3 Course Overview: This is a theoretical course teaching the fundamentals of RT Embedded Systems, We start by explaining the building blocks of RT Embedded systems, development tools, go through different Embedded peripherals, elaborate regarding OS components and services, debugging tools etc. The course covers all major areas for embedded programming, reveling the knowledge and "know-how" needed in order to understand, design and program such devices. The course is divided into 2 parts: Programming Embedded Systems Programming RT OS based applications. Embedded systems: teaches how to implement Embedded Applications. Starts with an introduction to embedded systems, initialization, tool used for development, deep understanding of common embedded peripherals, programming pit-falls and more. RT-OS programming: starts with an introduction to real-time operating systems, development tools, tool-chain, cross compiler, Makefiles, Libraries, system calls, accessing Hardware, Processes, Threads, IO, networking, synchronization mechanism, kernel and more. Who should attend: The course is intended those who need to understand RT-Embedded Systems. Technical Managers, Architects, CEOs,CTOs, Engineers who need to program embedded systems.
